MJ’s Contract Appliance, LLC (MJ’s): Based in Oakdale, MN, MJ’s is a distributor of kitchen appliances to multi-family and commercial projects, single family homebuilders, homeowners, and remodelers. The Company was founded by entrepreneur Mary Jean Dupuis in 1984. MJ’s supports customers with a broad offering of appliances from leading national brands, delivering a variety of styles and price points to meet the diverse needs of any project, from large multi-family new construction to individual kitchen remodels. In connection with the acquisition, Summit combined MJ’s with DDI to create a single source solution for cabinets, countertops, and appliances for a broad base of construction projects.
Madison Cabinetry, Inc.: Located in Madison, WI, Madison Cabinetry is a distributor of kitchen and bath cabinets, countertops and wainscot paneling for multi-family housing, senior living facilities and single-family housing. Madison Cabinetry distributes primarily SMART Cabinetry throughout Wisconsin and the surrounding communities. Summit combined Madison Cabinetry with DDI to expand its physical presence into Wisconsin, building on its regional platform.
Eull’s Manufacturing, LLC: Based in St. Michael, MN, and founded in 1962, Eull’s Manufacturing is a leading manufacturer of pre-cast concrete products sold to infrastructure, commercial and residential construction markets. American Event Services, LLC (AES): Located in Danville, IL, and founded in 2004, AES manufactures HVAC, fluid handling, power distribution and other products for the $58 billion equipment rental industry.
